Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & MIS
- Finalize Monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and review Monthly Cash Budget.
- Oversee Monthly Sales Register, expenses, Working Capital, Cash Flow, and Budget Variance.
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register.
- Prepare Provisional Financial Statements, Vendor/GST/Bank Reconciliations, and supporting MIS.
- Manage preparation of Balance Sheet and Trial Balance.
Compliance & Audit Coordination
- Ensure statutory compliance across finance operations.
- Coordinate Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and GST Audit.
- Oversee periodical GST filings and reconciliations.
Financial Controls & Risk Management
- Implement strong internal financial controls.
- Identify gaps and mitigate financial risks.
- Oversee vendor management and payment processes.
Stakeholder & Banking Management
- Manage stakeholder communication and coordination.
- Oversee banking processes, cash flow monitoring, and fund management.
