This is a full-time remote role for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, financial forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The role involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, overseeing accounts, and preparing financial statements. Additionally, the Finance Manager will work closely with leadership to strategize and support financial decision-making aligned with business goals.

• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Expertise in financial reporting, accounting processes, and compliance standards
• Knowledge of financial software, tools, and systems with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and similar applications
• Strategic thinking and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage financial teams or projects
• Prior experience in managing finances within the education or technology sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
