Flexiple is a bootstrapped, profitable managed marketplace helping global companies build offshore teams and GCCs in India. We are hiring a Finance Manager to own and build the entire finance function from scratch — reporting directly to the COO with zero layers in between.

What You'll Own

• Own end-to-end financial controls — maker-checker frameworks, expense policies, SOPs, payroll compliance, and vendor payment processes across India and US entities
• Drive monthly book closure, reconciliation, and MIS reporting across both entities
• Build and manage client invoicing oversight — handling mid-month changes, rate adjustments, and multi-rate billing across a large contractor base
• Build margin tracking and project profitability systems from scratch — monthly margin reports, quarterly planning, and rolling cash flow forecasts
• Oversee TDS, GST, and FEMA compliance in coordination with external CA and auditors
• Manage cross-border payments, remittances, and transfer pricing documentation between India and US entities
• Manage and mentor a team of 2 Finance Associates — set priorities, review work, and build scalable processes

What We're Looking For

• 4–6 years in finance with at least 2 years in a startup, high-growth, or services company
• Hands-on experience with Indian compliance — TDS, GST, FEMA basics
• Proven experience building financial processes from scratch — not just following existing ones
• Strong proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Experience in services, marketplace, or staffing businesses preferred — understanding of variable contractor payments and per-engagement billing is a strong advantage
• Exposure to US entity compliance, cross-border payments, and transfer pricing is highly preferred
• CA Inter, CA, MBA Finance, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred but not mandatory
• Finance Manager, Finance Controller, Assistant Controller, FP&A Manager, Finance Lead, or Finance Business Partner with equivalent experience are welcome to apply
