About Role

You're setting up the financial plumbing of an NBFC from scratch. Chart of accounts, daily recon, RBI returns, provisioning, capital management — all of it needs to be built and owned by you.

Responsibilities

• Build the Chart of Accounts for the NBFC in Tally/Zoho/SAP — NBFC-specific
• Own daily disbursement and collection recon between LMS and accounting with no backlog, no surprises
• Define and implement NPA provisioning policy aligned with RBI IRACP norms (90+ DPD)
• Prepare and file NBS-1 through NBS-7 with RBI on time, every time
• Manage capital injection from TIL and operate the escrow/trustee account
• Maintain NOF above Rs. 10 Cr minimum; onboard a statutory auditor who knows NBFCs
• Sort GST on processing fees, set up invoice templates, and make sure we're filing correctly

Requirement

• 3–5 years in finance, at least 2 in a lending NBFC or HFC — you must know NBFC accounting specifically
• Have prepared RBI returns (NBS series) yourself, not just supported someone who did
• Hands-on with Tally, Zoho Books, or SAP; strong Excel for MIS
• Know IRACP norms and NPA provisioning from the inside
• CA preferred but not required if the experience is strong and specific
