Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will oversee and manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and accounting operations. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, managing cash flow, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, developing cost-reduction strategies, and collaborating with department heads to align financial goals with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Proficiency in financial tools and software such as MS Excel, Tally, financial ERP systems, and accounting software
• Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and auditing
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial insights
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CA are a plus
• Prior experience in financial management, internship experience with a auditor or a similar role in finance
