Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager. The position is based in Coimbatore and involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to ensure the company's financial health. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, managing accounting and bookkeeping processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial insights to support strategic decisions. The Finance Manager will collaborate with different teams to optimize resource allocation and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis
• Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills
• Experience with compliance and regulatory reporting
• Proficiency in using financial management software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Good communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are an advantage
• Laptop is mandatory
