Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall finance and accounts function for TBO Holidays from the Delhi office
  • Oversee financial reporting, including the preparation, analysis, and submission of monthly MIS reports such as:
  • Profit & Loss statements (P&L)
  • Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports
  • Variance analysis reports
  • Analyze business financial performance across different KPIs in collaboration with business teams
  • Drive value contribution initiatives such as:
  • Cost reduction programs
  • Competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities
  • Enhancing systems and processes to mitigate financial risks
  • Coordinate and manage:
  • Annual budget preparation
  • Financial forecasts
  • Statutory audits
  • RBI compliance and regulatory filings
  • Liaise with banks for issuance of guarantees and availing of financial facilities
  • Monitor receivables and ensure strict compliance with the company's credit policy

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in a finance leadership role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
