Oversee fund management, cash flow planning, and financial forecasting.

Handle fundraising activities including liaison with banks, NBFCs, and investors.

Manage accounting operations, finalization of accounts, and statutory compliance.

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.

Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis for management

review.

Coordinate with external auditors, investors, and financial institutions for due diligence

and funding requirements.

Support budgeting, cost control, and financial risk management.

Advise management on strategic financial planning and capital structuring.
