Position Summary
Finance Manager – Responsible for supporting core finance operations, including preparation of accurate and well-governed monthly MIS reports and ensuring a smooth and timely financial close with all reconciliations completed. The role also involves managing compliance requirements and coordinating audits while maintaining strong financial controls. It requires solid accounting expertise, keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to regulatory standards
Primary Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Governance
- Deliver accurate and insightful MIS reports to management
- Assign responsibilities across team members for AP, AR, GL, FP&A
- Track progress to ensure timely completion of all activities
- Conduct final review of financials by senior finance leadership
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency before sign-off
- Statutory Compliance
- Lead and coordinate statutory audit and internal audit by preparing complete and accurate schedules, reconciliations, and documentation
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with GST requirements
- TDS compliance completed accurately and within due dates.
- Finance-related MCA/secretarial filings reviewed and confirmed before submission
- Effective Internal Controls Framework
- Ensure adherence to established standardized policies and procedures
- Review and update controls based on audit findings and business changes
- Ensure all transactions follow the prescribed approval matrix
Experience And Education
- CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification (preferred)
- 6+ years of relevant experience in the finance and accounting role
- Hands-on experience with ERP-based accounting environments (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)

- The base salary range advertised represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
