About the Company & How We Work
We are a global group operating across manufacturing, consumer brands, and SaaS products. Our core expertise spans premium human hair manufacturing, science-backed wellness products, and customer experience analytics. With strong operations in India and long-standing roots in the United States, we serve B2B and B2C markets worldwide and are known for quality, innovation, and craftsmanship.
Different Hair Private Limited (DHPL) is the Indian manufacturing arm and daughter company of Hair & Compounds, Inc., based in California, USA. Together, over more than two decades, we have built a strong reputation in the global high-end human hair market, serving professionals across Hollywood, Manhattan, London, and hundreds of cities worldwide. Our culture values curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning, blending legacy expertise with modern business and R&D practices.
Most roles are project-driven rather than brand-isolated. While roles may be formally hired under DHPL, teams often collaborate across multiple brands based on project needs and expertise. Depending on your role, you may contribute to initiatives across:
- Hair & Compounds A well-established human hair manufacturing unit for global B2B markets
- Vitabae Labs A new startup company for Science-backed consumer wellness products
- CX Analytix A startup new company for In-house SaaS tools for customer experience and analytics
This structure enables broader learning, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure across manufacturing, consumer, and technology-driven businesses.
