Senior Manager- Compliance you will lead all direct and indirect tax compliance initiatives for the organization. If you are a meticulous and seasoned tax professional with deep expertise in GST and Income Tax (especially TDS), strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex audits, reconciliations, and multi‑state compliances, thrive in a regulated environment and are passionate about ensuring 100% compliance, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
As the Senior Manager- Compliance, you will:
Lead GST & Indirect Tax Compliance
- Manage complete GST compliance including accurate tax calculation, return filing (GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B, GSTR‑9, GSTR‑9C), and timely tax payments.
- Oversee detailed ITC reconciliations (GSTR‑2A/2B/3B) to ensure accuracy and maximize compliance efficiency.
- Handle multi‑state GST operations, including registrations and compliance oversight for all branches.
Manage TDS & Direct Tax Compliance
- Oversee end‑to‑end TDS compliance, including accurate deductions, deposits, and timely filings.
- Perform thorough TDS reconciliations, resolve mismatches, and ensure correct certificate issuance.
- Assist in computing and paying Advance Tax and ensuring accurate financial provisioning.
- Lead the preparation and filing of the company's Income Tax Returns (ITR).
What You'll Bring
- Qualifications: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance), CA Inter or B.Com/M.Com with extensive experience.
- Experience: 8–10+ years of professional experience in taxation, with strong hands‑on expertise in GST and TDS compliance in a corporate environment.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong command of Indian GST laws, Income Tax Act (TDS), and relevant accounting standards.
- Experience with Middle East taxation (VAT) is an added advantage.
- Proven track record in managing reconciliations, multi‑state compliances, and tax risk management.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities, high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the capability to work independently under tight deadlines.
