Finance Manager

We are looking for someone to - oversee the whole Accounts function in SAP such that we start doing timely monthly P&L closings, quarterly full closings etc happen.

The person needs to :

1) Have good understanding of accounts/ and related processes

2) Understanding of how to work in cross functional roles required for ERP (as opposed to tally)

3) In order of preference - SAP B1, SAP enterprise, Any other ERP

4) Should be meticulous and detailed.

5) Maturity to manage the team of 4-5 accounts people who manage AR/AP/FA etc.

6) maturity to deal with other departments like Admin/HR/IT etc

7) Should be independently responsible for monthly closures

Years of Experience 10 plus years of experience

Team handling experience is a must. accounting experience is a must We are seeking for candidates from medium-sized companies.

Please do not share candidates who have experience in BPO. We're seeking for candidates from IT organisations. Who understands invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Qualification - CA / MBA.
