Role: Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, strengthen compliance, and provide strategic insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

Oversee accounting operations, reconciliations, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI)

Lead internal and statutory audits; coordinate with external authorities

Monitor expenses, optimize costs, and manage cash flow

Ensure accurate payroll processing, vendor payments, and financial controls

Guide and mentor the finance team

Support strategic decisions related to pricing, product costing, and investments

Qualifications & Experience

CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

58 years of experience in finance, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing

Strong understanding of accounting standards, corporate finance, and statutory compliance

Required Skills

Analytical and strategic thinking

Proficiency in accounting tools (Tally, SAP, ERP)

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
