Finance Manager

We are looking for a capable and methodical Finance Manager to lead bookkeeping and financial operations

Role Overview:

• Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting for India as well as US entities
• Implement strong internal controls and oversee month-end closes
• Prepare and analyse profit & loss statements
• Lead training sessions, initiate team-building activities, and contribute to a positive team culture
• Mentor junior accountants and develop leadership capabilities

We're Looking For:

• A detail-oriented, proactive professional who can work independently
• Residing between Bhayander and Andheri (preferred)
• Someone eager to grow into a leadership role in financial management
• Work experience of more than 3 years is preferred
• Mcom Graduates / Semi Qualified Chartered Acountants / Cost Accountants.

Compensation:

Up to 7.2 LPA, based on experience and skill
