Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
- Ensure accurate and timely finalization of financial statements and books.
- Conduct thorough audits and analyses of profit and loss statements.
- Collaborate with banking institutions to manage financial transactions and relationships.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.
Must-Have Key Skills
- Extensive experience in bookkeeping
- accounting
- and finalization of books.
- Proven expertise in banking and profit & loss auditing.
- Experience working in a company with a turnover of 200cr to 300cr.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and accounting.
Good-to-Have Key Skills
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- Advanced knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
