Team and Investors
Wishlink was founded by 3 friends from college, Chandan, Shaurya, and Divyansh, with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did)! We are based out of Gurugram. We have recently raised a
series A round of $7M, led by Fundamentum & Elevation Capital.

Growth Opportunity
We have grown remarkably in the last 3 years and are doing a monthly GMV of over Rs. 300cr. We are working with over 50,000 content creators and 300+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, H&M, Savana (Urbanic), Only, Vero Moda, Libas, Aurelia, Mama Earth, and many more.

What would you be doing
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) vendor invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and maintaining vendor ledgers.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) customer billing, collections tracking, and reconciliation of customer accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure ledger accuracy.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Work on ERP systems like Zoho, Tally, and other finance tools.
- Conduct financial data analysis and reporting using MS Excel.
- Support internal audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies for timely resolution.
- Prioritize multiple deliverables while adhering to deadlines.
What are we looking for
- Qualifications: B.Com + CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance).
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in core finance/accounting roles.
- Mandatory: Strong working knowledge in Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
- Good understanding of accounting standards, GST/TDS, auditing basics.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP tools (Zoho, Tally, etc.).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
