Toffee Coffee Roasters was established in early 2019 in Bandra, Mumbai, by two coffee enthusiasts aiming to offer fresh and flavorful coffee. The company guarantees that its coffee is less than 48 hours out of the roaster for optimal taste, using the finest and responsibly sourced beans. TCR has its own roastery in Bangalore and has served over 2 Lacs+ Coffee Lovers in India and is present across all Marketplaces (Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Flipkart, Bigbasket etc) and its own website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager located in Bengaluru. The Senior Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. They will ensure compliance with financial regulations and work to improve financial performance. Other day-to-day tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, and coordinating with auditors.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience with consumer brand
• Making Channel Level MIS, Company MIS, Financial Reports
• Really sharp Analytical Skills
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Experience in analyzing financial data and creating financial models
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proven experience in a senior financial role, preferably within the retail or F&B sector
• CPA or relevant finance qualification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
