Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role that primarily focuses on managing financial operations, including maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, expense tracking, APAR processing, and reconciliation of accounts and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Experience in filing and Zoho Books.
In addition to finance-related responsibilities, the role also involves administrative tasks such as coordinating office operations, managing vendor relationships, overseeing procurement, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day workflow within the organization. Effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders will be essential to maintain efficient financial and administrative processes.
