Role: Finance Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Financial Record Maintenance: Execute full-cycle daily bookkeeping and General Ledger maintenance, ensuring all transactions are recorded with high precision and supported by a robust audit trail.
• Tally ERP Operations: Manage end-to-end data entry in Tally ERP (Prime/9), including complex purchase invoices, journal vouchers, and payment records while maintaining 100% data integrity.
• Month-End & Reconciliation: Drive the month-end book closure process by performing rigorous Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), ledger scrutiny, and verifying trial balance accuracy.
• Cash Flow & Liquidity: Monitor daily cash inflows and outflows to prepare periodic Cash Flow Statements, ensuring management has clear visibility into organizational liquidity.
• Reporting & Compliance: Leverage advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) to maintain internal trackers, generate management reports, and ensure timely documentation for statutory compliance.

Candidate Requirements

Educational Background

• Post-graduate or Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (MBA/M.Com/B.Com/CA/CMA).

Technical Proficiency

• Tally ERP: Practical familiarity with navigation and data entry.
• MS Excel: Proficiency in spreadsheet management, basic formulas, and data formatting.
