Finance and Accounts Executive

We are seeking a Finance & Accounts Executive to join our team in Mulund. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance operations and will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance and accounting activities. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities: - Handle daily finance and accounts activities with a primary focus on finance operations. - Manage cash flow, payment processing, and daily financial transactions. - Prepare and process vendor payments while maintaining accurate payment records. - Conduct bank transactions and perform regular bank reconciliations. - Maintain vendor and customer ledgers, ensuring accurate reconciliations. - Monitor accounts payable and receivable, following up on outstanding balances. - Record and verify purchase, sales, expense, and other accounting transactions. - Prepare payment-related documents and coordinate with internal departments. - Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities. - Prepare regular finance-related MIS and reports for management. - Support monthly closing and financial reporting activities. - Maintain proper financial records and supporting documents. - Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments regarding finance-related matters. - Support internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion of finance and accounting activities. Required Skills: - Strong hands-on experience in finance operations, particularly in banking, payments, cash flow, reconciliations, and financial transactions. - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software. - Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles. - Experience in manufacturing, automobile, or engineering industries is preferred. - Strong numerical and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication and coordination skills.
