Who we're looking for:

We are hiring CA Freshers to join our Finance team in a role primarily focused on Financial Control with exposure to FP&A. The position offers hands-on experience in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, audits, MIS, and business performance tracking within a fintech setup.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes

Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and Companies Act

Work closely with statutory and internal auditors

Strengthen financial controls and improve accounting processes

Manage RBI and other regulatory reporting

Prepare monthly MIS and management reports

Support budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial modeling

Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast)

What is needed for this role:

Qualified CA (recently qualified / 01 year experience)

Strong grounding in accounting standards and financial reporting

Good analytical ability and attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Oracle is an added advantage

Comfortable working in a structured, high-ownership environment

Brownie Points for:

Experience mentoring juniors or managing agency/vendor partners.

Exposure to credit or payment products and their risk/compliance nuances. Familiarity with predictive models (churn or upsell propensity) and large-scale marketing automation.
