About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in financial operations, invoicing, reconciliations, and accounting software, with prior experience in a SaaS company being essential. This role requires strong analytical abilities, accuracy, and the capability to collaborate across teams to ensure smooth financial processes.

Currently we have an opening for Finance & Accounts Executive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, and ensure accuracy of all financial records in Xero.
  • Reconcile trade debtors, trade creditors, and assist in debt collection on a monthly basis.
  • Handle accurate customer invoicing by working closely with the Sales Support and Sales teams.
  • Respond to customer accounts and billing queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor Customer Deposits, Deferred Revenue, and ensure proper allocation.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
  • Assist with month-end closing, journal entries, and year-end financial statements preparation.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth financial operations across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 25 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
  • Mandatory experience with Xero; familiarity with Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, invoicing processes, and accounts receivable/payable.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS company is essential.
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
