Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage end-to-end accounting
operations, statutory compliances, payroll, MIS reporting, and coordination with auditors,
consultants, bankers, and senior management. The role involves handling multiple entities,
including corporate and NGO operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance Operations
Manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions
Handle inward remittances and daily banking operations
Prepare and issue sales invoices and consultant invoices
Maintain petty cash records and supporting vouchers
Track and manage expenses, including credit card expenses with proper documentation
Monitor outstanding receivables and update payment tracking reports daily
Perform closing stock reconciliation and support invoicing and payment follow-ups
Statutory & Compliance
Prepare and file GST and TDS returns within statutory timelines
Handle PF, ESIC, PTRC, and PTEC compliances
Ensure proper documentation and filing for statutory records
Coordinate with auditors for audits and statutory filings
Coordinate with Company Secretary for ROC and corporate compliances
Possess working knowledge of Income Tax-related filings
Payroll & MIS
Manage payroll processing and payroll-related documentation
Prepare MIS reports on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis
Share financial reports and analysis with senior management for decision-making
Banking & Vendor Coordination
Liaise with bankers for account-related updates and documentation
Follow up on utility bills, licenses, and vendor payments to ensure uninterrupted operations
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
NGO Accounting (if applicable)
Handle accounting and compliance activities for NGO operations
Prepare fund utilization certificates as per sponsorship or grant requirements
Generate statutory donation receipts and donor communication letters
Desired Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances
Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC
Proficiency in MIS reporting and financial analysis
Ability to manage multiple entities and deadlines efficiently
Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Educational Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
Relevant experience in corporate accounting; NGO accounting experience is an added advantage
