About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to join our Finance team. The candidate will be responsible for financial and management accounting activities, including month-end closures, financial reporting, GST & income tax filings, audit coordination, and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing activities and prepare monthly financial statements
• Conduct variance analysis on balance sheet and income statement
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages
• Support preparation of statutory financial statements
• Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and special transactions
• Manage Accounts Payable aging and vendor payments
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts
• Handle intercompany billings
• Ensure compliance with finance policies and procedures
• Prepare and file GST returns and income tax returns

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification in Finance/Accountancy
• 3–4 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably in an MNC environment
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems will be an added advantage
