- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Manage documentation related to DSC, Insurance policies, Board Resolutions, and statutory filings.
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit documentation and financial verification.
- Maintain compliance records and ensure regulatory timelines are met.
Vendor & Operations Coordination
- Manage procurement and vendor coordination for safety equipment, stationery, IT services, telecom, and office supplies.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and hotel tie-ups for employees and management.
- Process vendor invoices, track payments, and negotiate vendor terms when required.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
Office Administration & Asset Management
- Track office rent, assets, internet services, and other operational expenses.
- Maintain office facilities and coordinate with service providers for repairs and maintenance.
- Manage shared drives and documentation related to office operations.
- Support administrative functions ensuring smooth office operations.
Financial Reporting & Process Improvement
- Assist in preparing variance reports and financial summaries.
- Track operational budgets and provide support in financial planning activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and continuity.
- Support finance leadership in maintaining structured financial processes.
