Finance Controller

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for APAC entities, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications in Oracle or equivalent ERP systems.

• Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and regulatory filings in accordance with IFRS or local GAAP, ensuring the integrity of financial data and enabling management to make decisions based on monthly financial reports.

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity of financial data, including intercompany transaction processing, transfer pricing analysis, and reconciliation of intercompany balances.

• Identify and implement opportunities for operational excellence — including process automation, workflow optimization, and control enhancements — to reduce risk and increase efficiency.

Skills:

• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, financial reporting, or controllership, preferably within asset management, financial services, or a Big 4 audit firm.

• Solid understanding of IFRS, with familiarity (or willingness to learn) local GAAP frameworks across APAC jurisdictions.

Education:

Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent professional qualification
