Finance Controller

We are seeking a Finance Controller for our group companies to lead financial reporting, governance, and IPO readiness for a fast-growing organisation. The role requires deep expertise in Ind AS, IFRS, ICoFR, RCM, SEBI compliance, and a strong command over audit, MIS, SAP, and cost controls.

Location: Gurgaon

Function: Finance, Accounts, Compliance & Governance

Reports to: CFO / Head of Finance

Experience: 6–12 years (Big 4 + Industry preferred)

Work Schedule: 6 days working (Being 2nd & 4th Sat Off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Ind AS / IFRS financial reporting, monthly close, and statutory compliance.
• Build and manage ICoFR, Risk Control Matrix, and internal control frameworks.
• Drive statutory, internal, IFC audits and ensure zero noncompliance.
• Prepare the organisation for IPO: restated financials, SEBI disclosures, governance upgrades, and duediligence support.
• Lead MIS, FP&A, cost controls, and SAPbased financial processes.
• Strengthen corporate governance aligned with ICAI, Companies Act, SEBI.
• Partner with leadership, auditors, bankers, and investors for high quality reporting.

Required Skills

• Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with strong Ind AS & IFRS expertise.
• Experience in Big 4 audits or highgrowth companies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICoFR, RCM, internal audit, and financial controls.
• Handson with SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, and governance mindset.
