We are looking for a Finance Controller / Manager to oversee all financial operations, streamline processes, and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization's end-to-end financial functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage all finance and accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, and collections.

• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and MIS reports.

• Prepare budgets and financial forecasts; analyse and report variances.

• Manage company investments, cash flow, and optimize free cash reserves.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and tax filings.

• Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time; handle TDS reconciliations and vendor account reconciliations.

• Oversee ESOP administration—managing share allocations, maintaining records, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Lead financial audits and ensure timely closure of books and statutory reports.

• Oversee legal and secretarial aspects related to financial operations.

• Utilize ERPs like Tally to streamline and automate accounting processes.

• Monitor D2C and marketplace financial performance and profitability metrics.

Requirements:

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or controllership roles.

• Strong knowledge of D2C business and marketplace operations.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and other financial management tools.

• Excellent understanding of taxation, compliance, and audit procedures.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
