Finance Controller

Ensure compliance with US and local GAAP, tax laws, and transfer pricing regulations.

Lead accounting, financial reporting, tax, treasury, payables, and internal audit functions.

Manage statutory audits, tax audits, and timely submission of financial and tax filings.

Oversee general accounting operations, including accounts payable, inventory, asset capitalization, inter-company accounting, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Formulate and update policies and procedures in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

Recruit, motivate, and develop finance team members, fostering a high-performance environment.

Implement internal controls, standard work, and process improvements to enhance operational accounting efficiency.

Utilize systems such as Oracle, SAP BW, Business Objects, and MS Office for reporting, analysis, and process management.
