Responsibilities
- Ensure timely payments to all vendors and for that ensure process awareness within the Campus.
- Creation and migration of new Company in SAP, time to time structure changes and awareness to user regarding SAP Structure. Ensure proper cost booking.
- Ensure timely collections from customers.
- Ensure timely release of PR and SES.
- Fixed asset management and physical verification.
- Manage the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for the data center Campus, and ensure alignment with the organizational goals and objectives. Provide required support / data to HO FP&A team.
- Ensure to provide all input on timely basis for Month closure activities. Ensure good quality of book hygiene.
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance and profitability of the data center and provide regular feedback and recommendations to the management team.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls and risk management policies, and ensure adherence to the local, state and central tax laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities, and resolve any issues or queries related to the financial and accounting matters of the Campus.
- Provide financial advice and support to the data center management and staff, and facilitate the decision-making process based on the financial data and analysis.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and optimize the use of financial resources and assets
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence which lead to timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant / Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
Sector experience Data center or infrastructure or enterprise business.
Experience - 8 to 11 years post qualification
Have a depth knowledge of integrated ERP system (SAP desirable) and internal processes.
