What will you do

● Oversee a team of writers while managing collaboration with freelance contributors.

● Lead and manage a team of writers, coordinating efforts with freelance contributors

● Evaluating and revising article drafts to ensure correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, and scientific accuracy.

● Ensure that all published content meets the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and

scientific rigour.

● Ensuring that all content on the website is accurate, up to date, easy to understand,

and free of bias or conflict of interest

● Manage a busy workload according to the deadline.

● Write long form/short form content pieces when needed.

● Optimize pieces using SEO guidelines.

● Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely submission.

● Ensure that content meets the company & client's needs, and follows our in-house

style guide.

What we expect from you

● Bachelors/Masters in Banking, Finance or related field.

● Writing, copy editing, and proofreading experience.

● Excellent command over spoken and written English.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Word, Google Documents & Sheets.

● Clarity in thought and problem-solving attitude.

● Team player, aspiring to be a leader.
