About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Associate to join our team. The role involves handling accounting, taxation, and compliance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and filing of GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

Handling TDS calculations, payments, and return filings

Assisting in Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation

Managing ROC compliances including AOC-4 and MGT-7 filings

Maintaining day-to-day accounting entries and bank reconciliations

Performing ledger scrutiny and compliance checks

• Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.com preferred)

02 years of relevant experience (Freshers with knowledge can apply)

Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax & ROC compliance

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
