Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified CA Fresher to join our Finance team. The role will provide exposure to financial reporting, taxation, regulatory compliance, audits, and business finance functions within a fast-paced financial services environment. This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in developing strong technical and analytical capabilities in corporate finance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1- Financial Accounting & Reporting

  • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and assist with ledger reconciliations
  • Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for internal review

2- Taxation & Compliance

  • Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and income tax computations
  • Support compliance under Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST regulations
  • Coordinate with external consultants on tax filings and regulatory requirements

3- Audit Support

  • Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits
  • Prepare schedules, documentation, and working papers required by auditors
  • Help track and resolve audit observations and queries

4- Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Support preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Assist in variance analysis and cost tracking
  • Help prepare management reports and financial insights

5- Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work with internal teams including HR, operations, and legal for finance-related matters
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, and consultants for documentation and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS / AS)
  • Practical knowledge of Indian taxation, including Income Tax, TDS, and GST
  • Working knowledge of Transfer Pricing regulations and international taxation
  • Prior exposure to audits, compliance, and financial reporting in a growing organization
  • Familiarity with FEMA compliance and foreign remittances
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
