Overview

CRA is seeking a Finance Associate to support financial operations, reporting, and ERP-driven process improvements across the organization.

This role is ideal for a young, dynamic finance professional with strong accounting fundamentals and ERP exposure who can help strengthen financial processes, ensure compliance, and contribute to data-driven decision-making within a fast-growing and structured business environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Associate to support accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and ERP-based financial processes.

The role will work closely with cross-functional teams, leadership, auditors, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger management.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and review monthly financial reports, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
  • Monitor General Ledger balances and identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations, and internal financial controls.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and compliance activities.
  • Work extensively on ERP systems to ensure financial data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Support process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and ERP optimization.
  • Provide financial insights and analytical support to management for decision-making.
  • Maintain proper financial documentation, records, and compliance filings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Inter candidates preferred.
  • 24 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or audit roles.
  • Experience working with ERP or accounting systems (Tally or similar platforms preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, taxation, compliance, and audits.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, financial analysis).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • High level of attention to detail, ownership, and accountability.
