Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting as per applicable GAAP standards (US GAAP, Ind AS, or IFRS).
• Support the Trade Operations & Settlement teams through daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations and attestation procedures.
• Design and implement processes, policies, and internal control frameworks to enhance financial governance.
• Work hands-on with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP for accounting operations.
• Prepare financial statements and related disclosures for broker-dealer business entities.
• Manage legal entity closings and audits, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Collaborate closely with Trading, Treasury, and External Consultants to ensure optimal financial outcomes.
• Contribute to capital and liquidity reporting for banking and trading operations.
• Continuously improve reporting processes to provide real-time, accurate financial information to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate adaptability by performing across various functions such as Accounting, Treasury, Settlements, and Reporting.
