Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant (Finance Transformation Associate) to join our COE-Accountable Reporting -Global Finance Services Division

The preference for this role is to be based out of Whitefield, Bangalore-KA , India

What You Will Do:

The Finance Transformation Associate will support the Continuous Improvement (CI) team within the Analytics Center of Excellence (COE), driving finance transformation initiatives through process optimization, analytics, automation enablement, and datadriven insights.

This role is targeted at a techsavvy finance professional with 58 years of experience, ideally with a background in management consulting, analytics, or finance systems, who can effectively bridge finance, data, and technology to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Transformation & Continuous Improvement

  • Support and deliver finance transformation and CI initiatives across global finance processes by combining finance expertise with analytics and digital capabilities.
  • Design standardized, scalable, futurestate processes, focusing on simplification and exception elimination rather than exception automation.
  • Contribute to automation and analytics roadmaps, including initiative definition, benefit estimation, and execution tracking.

Analytics COE & Digital Enablement

  • Act as a financetechnology translator, converting business and finance requirements into analytical, reporting, and system specifications.
  • Support development and enhancement of dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting, including metric definition, data quality rules, and governance.
  • Apply analytics and systems thinking to improve insight generation, reporting efficiency, and decision support.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery

  • Partner with CI leads, tower SMEs, analytics teams, and technology partners to deliver crossfunctional initiatives endtoend.
  • Support workshops, requirementgathering sessions, and solution design discussions using a consultingstyle, structured problemsolving approach.
  • Prepare transformation materials, roadmap updates, and executivelevel summaries.
  • Champions change management and promote a continuous improvement mindset across all teams

What You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 58 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:
    • Finance transformation or continuous improvement
    • Management or finance consulting
    • Analytics, reporting, or datadriven finance roles
    • Finance systems or digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of endtoend finance processes and performance drivers.
  • Proven ability to work in crossfunctional, matrixed environments and influence without formal authority.
  • This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office.

    • Former management / finance transformation consultant
    • Analyticsfocused finance professional
    • Finance systems, reporting, or digital transformation background
  • Strong data mindset: defining metrics, data requirements, lineage, and quality rules.
  • High technology literacy (understanding what modern finance, analytics, automation, and AI tools can enablecoding not required).
