Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts with proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Own routine month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals, with minimal supervision.
• Experience working with ERP systems for transaction processing and reporting.
• Prepare standard management reports and analyze/explain key variances.
• Ensure statutory compliances and filing of returns such as TDS, PF, GST, and MSME
• Reconcile TDS, GST, and PF with books of accounts.
• Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audit processes by offering documentation, explanations, and reconciliations.
• Perform / ensure periodic reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and ensure compliance with organization policies, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support in Preparation of all financial reporting materials in accordance with applicable accounting framework.

Requirements

Qualification:- Semi Qualified CA or B.Com + MBA in Finance with minimum 3 years of working experience

Language Preference:- English & Hindi

Primary Skills:- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and principles

Secondary Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and an analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement.
