Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Finance Associate to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team under the CFO department. The role involves supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis
- Work closely with different departments for data collection and planning
- Prepare MIS reports and management presentations
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or related field (B.Com, M.Com, BAF, BMS)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic modeling)
- Basic understanding of financial statements and analysis
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to budgeting and forecasting processes
- Familiarity with financial modeling concepts
- Experience with accounting/ERP tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
