Experience Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance domain only.
- Candidates with experience in accounting, MIS, finance operations, reconciliation, or financial reporting will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial data reports.
- Handle bank reconciliations and accounting entries.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Support CFO team in client assignments and reporting.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Team player with professional attitude.
