Finance and Mis Associate

Position: Executive - Finance (CMD's Office)

Location: Mumbai (Dadar) / Lonavala

Working Days: 6 days a week

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic MBA Finance professional (2-4 years experience) to work closely with the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD). The role involves financial analysis, MIS reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making through timely and accurate data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

. Prepare and manage MIS reports, dashboards, and financial summaries for the CMD's office
. Generate ad-hoc reports, presentations, and data analysis as required by leadership
. Track project financials, budgets, and performance metrics across multiple business verticals
. Coordinate with internal departments to gather and validate financial and operational data
. Support in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of all reports submitted to CMD
. Assist in strategic planning and decision-making through data-driven insights
. Manage documentation, reporting formats, and process improvements for MIS systems

Travel Requirement:

. Willingness to travel weekly
