Management Trainee (Operations & Business Growth)
We are looking for a Management Trainee to join our leadership program. This role is for someone who wants to understand how a business runs from the internal systems to the front-end growth. This is a fast-track position where successful candidates are expected to move into a Management role within 6 to 12 months.
We don't believe in long waiting periods for promotions. If you master the workflows and hit your departmental milestones, you move up.

The Management Roadmap
Phase 1: Business Development & Growth (Months 1–3)
To lead a team, you first need to understand our customers and our value in the market. You'll start by learning our growth strategies, handling client inquiries, and mastering the close. This phase ensures you understand how the business generates the revenue that keeps operations running.
Phase 2: Operational Systems (Months 4–6)
Once you understand the growth side, you will focus on the how. You'll manage daily logistics, streamline fulfillment, and work on process improvements. You'll be responsible for making sure the promises made in Phase 1 are delivered efficiently.
Phase 3: Leadership Transition (Months 6–12)
After proving you can handle both growth and execution, you'll step into a leadership capacity. You will begin overseeing workflows, managing a small team, and taking responsibility for departmental KPIs.
