About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves meeting property professionals, generating leads, conducting field visits, presenting our website subscription plans, and driving sales. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with Property Dealers, Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Builders, and Developers.
  • Promote and sell the company's Verified Leads Subscription Plans.
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable subscription packages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals effectively.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
  • Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights to the management team.
Requirements
  • Graduate or Undergraduate (preferred).
  • 0–5 years of experience in Field Sales, Real Estate Sales, B2B Sales, or Direct Sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler 
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
