Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Agent who will be responsible for daily field visits, onboarding real estate agents, and selling premium services to agents and property owners across the Delhi/NCR region.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits to meet real estate agents and property owners
Onboard new agents onto the 360Property platform
Promote and sell premium listings and paid services
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and owners
Achieve monthly sales targets and onboarding goals
Provide product knowledge and explain benefits of premium features
Collect market insights and competitor updates from the field
Maintain daily reporting of visits, leads, and conversions
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales / field sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
Good knowledge of the Delhi/NCR real estate market
Comfortable with daily travel and field work
Basic smartphone and app handling knowledge
Preferred Candidate
Prior experience in property platforms, brokerage firms, or real estate startups
Existing network of real estate agents/builders is a plus
