This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer, located in Delhi, India. The individual in this role will be responsible for performing technical tasks such as equipment installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and technical support. The Field Services Engineer will also provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring the efficient functioning of equipment. This position involves collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to deliver optimal results.

• Proficiency in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance to ensure smooth installations and functioning of equipment
• Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to resolve technical issues promptly
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities to address client needs and maintain professional relationships
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in field service or a similar role is a plus
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to client locations within the region
