Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Field Sales Specialist. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new sales leads, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals. Additional tasks include delivering product presentations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales operations initiatives. The role is highly dynamic and requires hands-on customer interaction to drive success.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience in Sales and Lead Generation with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in Sales Operations, including forecasting, reporting, and efficient workflow management.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with an ability to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in training and development-related industries is a plus.
