Looking for an Insurance Sales Manager who has experience in General Insurance in Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu)
The General Insurance professional is responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and providing suitable insurance solutions across products such as Health, Motor, Property, and Corporate Insurance (GMC, GPA, Fire, Marine, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Business Development
- Generate leads through various channels (bank partnerships, brokers, direct sales, referrals).
- Sell general insurance products like:
- Group Medical Cover (GMC)
- Group Personal Accident (GPA)
- Motor Insurance
- Property / Fire Insurance
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and individual customers.
- Understand client requirements and suggest customized insurance solutions.
- Ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
- Coordination Servicing
- Coordinate with underwriters and internal teams for policy issuance.
- Assist clients with renewals, endorsements, and claims process.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance.
- Market Product Knowledge
- Stay updated with insurance products, competitors, and market trends.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Required Skills
