This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Specialist, based in Bengaluru. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating leads, and assisting with sales strategy development. Daily responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing customers, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with sales operations teams to meet targets. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service and executing post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and achieve sales targets
• Experience with Sales Operations to manage pipeline, forecasting, and process optimization
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM or engineering software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within teams effectively
