This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Specialist, based in Bangalore Urban. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and handling day-to-day sales operations. The role includes meeting clients onsite, understanding their interior needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build relationships and address client needs effectively
• Experience in Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential clients
• Proficiency in Sales Operations with the ability to manage and drive sales processes efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work within deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in the interior design or home improvement industry is an advantage
