Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Field Sales Representative, based in New Delhi. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying potential business opportunities, and presenting bespoke interior solutions. Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, understanding project requirements, coordinating with design teams, and ensuring the sales process is smooth and successful. The Field Sales Representative will be the face of Rarewood Studio, representing the brand's commitment to elegant and functional design.

Qualifications

• Sales Skills: Proven ability in business development, client acquisition, and meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Communication and Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to engage with clients and convey design solutions effectively
• Interior Design Knowledge: Familiarity with modern design principles and materials used in kitchens, wardrobes, and interiors is an advantage
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple client accounts and coordinate between design and execution teams
• Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of CRM tools and other sales-related software is beneficial
• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience: Prior experience in sales, especially in interior design or home furnishings (Kitchen and Wardrobes), is highly desirable
• Adaptability: Willingness to travel across New Delhi to meet clients and oversee project developments
