Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager Apartment Sales

Location: Bangalore / Chennai

Working Days: 6 Days (Weekends Working)

Reporting To: City Head

Travel: High (Field-Based Role)

Purpose of the Role

To drive revenue growth by managing end-to-end apartment sales across gated communities. The role involves lead generation, activation campaigns, sales funnel management, and ensuring closures while maintaining operational excellence and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Apartment Onboarding

  • Identify and close sales opportunities within gated apartment societies
  • Build and nurture relationships with RWAs, facility managers, and key stakeholders
  • Drive society-level activations and campaigns to generate demand

Sales Funnel Management

  • Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline with daily target tracking
  • Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to ensure funnel movement
  • Ensure consistent achievement of conversion and revenue targets

Meeting & CRM Hygiene

  • Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems
  • Ensure daily logging of meetings, follow-ups, and outcomes
  • Track lead status and ensure timely closures

Collections & Recovery Management

  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
  • Coordinate with operations teams post-installation for smooth handover
  • Monitor outstanding dues and escalate delays proactively

Client Experience

  • Ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for clients
  • Minimize escalations during installation and go-live
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales cycle

Candidate Profile Skills & Competencies

  • Strong field sales experience, preferably in hardware or solution-based selling
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong CRM discipline and reporting accuracy
  • Consultative selling and upselling capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, Tech)
  • High ownership with execution-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • 25 years of experience in B2B field sales / real estate / apartment sales
  • Experience working with gated communities / housing societies
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively and meet daily activity benchmarks
